Yes, The Car Has Left the Building
While I haven’t found much time to write, I did decide to piddle around the site’s design. Frankly, the Helvetica font bugged me. I made it larger than usual, but that didn’t help its rendition on the screen. The Georgia font seems to be the best performer for readability (see the New York Times blog and the Guardian). Instead of reworking the existing blog template, I decided to go with a new one (no, I didn’t cause the site to crash the other day). Over the course of the coming week, you’ll notice tweaks here and there to make the site more readable.
Time for Writing and Preaching
December turned out to be a busier month than usual and January shows to be no different. The dust should begin to settle this weekend and I should be able to return to a regular writing and podcast schedule.
